Hi!
I'm Annette. I am a dedicated personal trainer and yogi, specializing in strength training and therapeutic yoga techniques.
I have a certification in yoga psychology, and am currently in year 2 of the Bachelor Honours program at Nipissing for Psychology, with a minor in Biology.

My passion is helping people better themselves by giving them the tools they need to conquer chronic pain mobility issues, build strong, healthy bodies, and manage mental health from the inside - out.
